​With your membership, our experienced plumber will inspect your home once a year, and check for small leaks that could become big problems.

What Does Our Maintenance Plan Cover?

Bathrooms

  • ​Inspect all sink and shower faucets for proper functions and leaks
  • Inspect under sinks and in cabinets for leaks
  • Inspect toilets for proper function
  • Inspect inside toilet tanks for proper functioning parts​

Kitchen

  • Inspect faucets for proper operation and leaks
  • Inspect garbage disposal for operation and leaks
  • Inspect under the sink and in cabinets for leaks
  • Inspect dishwasher for leaks, at all connections​

Laundry

  • Inspect washing machine hoses for leaks and corrosion
  • Inspect all drainage piping for signs of leaking​​​​​​

Water Heater

  • Inspect expansion tank for leaks and proper pressures
  • Inspect all water connections for leaks
  • Inspect TNP for leaks
  • Pressure flush and drain sediment from water heater
  • Inspect water heater for proper function
  • Perform carbon monoxide test on water heater
  • Inspect all dirt legs on gas water heaters

Outside / Crawl Space

Perform water pressure test on main water line
  • Inspect and adjust pressure reducing valve (if necessary)
  • Inspect sump pumps (if any)
  • Inspect main water meter for leaks
  • Locate all water shut offs
  • Clean our water meter box​

Service Scheduling With your membership in The Plumbing Agent's Family you receive priority service and in the event you need plumbing service.

You get a 10% discount on plumbing parts. Plumbing Agents, Inc. provides you with a preferred 10% off plumbing parts if you should need any plumbing repair or fixture replacement listed in our price guide.  

In Case of an Emergency If you have an emergency during the weekend (except holidays) we will not up-charge.
